What procurement asks first.

What's the minimum order quantity?

25 units for custom-branded orders. Below 25, single-unit pricing applies and the standard U.S. flag patch is included.

How long does production take?

Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from approved patch design to delivery. Rush options available for orders 100+ at additional cost.

Can I see a sample before committing to bulk?

Yes. Single-unit purchases are always available at $119. For orders 100+, we ship a free pre-production sample with your custom patch before mass production.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We have a standard NDA template available immediately, or we'll review and sign yours for any quote over $25,000.

Is there a setup fee for custom patches?

No. Patch design and tooling are included in the unit price for orders 25+. You only pay for the bags.

Can the patches be replaced later?

Yes. The Velcro system makes replacement effortless. We can supply additional or replacement patches separately at any time.

Where do you ship?

United States, EU, UK, and select APAC markets. Discreet packaging without REVIS-1 branding on the outer box is available on request — included by default for orders 100+.

Do the test reports support compliance audits?

The shielding test report (76–85 dB across 30 MHz–10 GHz) is provided on letterhead and meets the documentation requirements of most corporate security and procurement audits. Independent third-party verification (Keystone Compliance) is available on request.
