01Who We Are & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Revis-1 LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as REVIS-1 Executive Guard ("REVIS-1," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information about visitors to revis-guard.com (the "Site") and customers of our products and services (collectively, the "Services").

We currently sell only to customers with shipping addresses in the United States. This Policy is written for U.S. residents and reflects U.S. federal and state privacy law. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please do not submit personal information to us; we do not solicit or knowingly process data from individuals outside the U.S.

02Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

A. Information You Provide

B. Information Collected Automatically

C. Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under U.S. state privacy laws (such as Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, financial-account numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, genetic data, biometric identifiers, or health information). We do not use any personal information to infer sensitive characteristics about you.

03Sources of Information

We collect personal information directly from you (when you place an order, submit a form, contact us, or interact with the Site), automatically through your interaction with the Site (cookies, server logs, analytics), and from our service providers (e.g. payment-fraud signals from our payment processor, delivery-status data from shipping carriers).

04How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

05How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share personal information only as follows:

Some of our analytics and advertising tools may, under certain U.S. state privacy laws, be deemed to involve "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or "selling" personal information through cookie-level data. See Section 12 for how to opt out.

06Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how it is used.

Provider / ToolPurpose
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) Aggregated traffic analytics, page-view and session measurement, traffic-source attribution. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features. IP addresses are processed by Google for geolocation and discarded; the GA4 model does not store full IPs by default.
Vercel Analytics & Logs (Vercel Inc.) Hosting, content delivery, edge logging for security and performance.
FormSubmit Receiving and routing the contents of inquiry and contact forms to our team inbox.
Strictly necessary cookies Maintaining session state, security, fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled.

Your choices. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On to prevent your visits from being measured by GA4. Refusing cookies may affect the functionality of certain Site features.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other applicable state laws. We do not respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals because no consensus standard exists.

07Marketing & CAN-SPAM

If we send you commercial email messages, each message will (a) accurately identify REVIS-1 as the sender, (b) include our physical mailing address, and (c) provide a clear unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@revis-1.com. We will continue to send transactional and account-related messages (e.g. order confirmations, shipping updates, warranty correspondence) regardless of marketing-opt-out status, as those are not subject to opt-out under the CAN-SPAM Act.

08Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Order and tax records are typically retained for at least seven (7) years from the date of the transaction in accordance with U.S. federal and Florida tax-record-retention requirements. Web-analytics data is retained per the default retention setting of the analytics tool (currently 14 months for Google Analytics 4 event-level data).

09Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Examples include TLS encryption in transit on all pages of the Site, restricted access to administrative systems, vendor due-diligence on processors, and tokenization of payment-card data through PCI DSS-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Florida Statute § 501.171 and other applicable law.

10Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. A parent or legal guardian who believes their child has provided personal information to us may contact info@revis-1.com to request deletion.

11Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on the state where you reside, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:

Authorized Agents. California, Colorado, and other states allow you to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and verification of your identity before honoring such a request.

These rights are provided pursuant to applicable state privacy statutes, including:

Some of these laws apply only to businesses that meet certain revenue or data-processing thresholds. We extend the substantive rights described above to all U.S. residents as a matter of policy, regardless of whether a particular statute technically applies to us.

12Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Opt-Out

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of analytics and any future use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. To opt out:

  1. Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We honor GPC as a valid universal opt-out for residents of states whose laws require it (currently California, Colorado, Connecticut, and others).
  2. Email info@revis-1.com with the subject line "Privacy Opt-Out." Include your full name, email address used on the Site, the state where you reside, and the rights you wish to exercise. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, or such shorter period as your state law requires.

We will not retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
